UC-2 is a 4-in/4-out, 24bit/192kHz USB audio interface made by Nux. It’s a compact product and a good choice for musicians, producers and composers who need a good, mobile and affordable audio interface.
The front panel shows 2 combo XLR/TRS audio inputs, with independent gain controls. There’s a Hi-Z switch on input 1 so that it’s possible to connect high impedance instruments, such as electric guitars.
UC-2 also has a main Mix knob, with direct monitoring, a stereo/mono switch, and an A/B switch, which will select the signal source sent to the Level knob. In A position, the interface will send inputs 1 and 2; in B position, inputs 3 and 4 are sent.
The unit has a Level knob, that adjusts the volume sent to the main out jacks. There’s a Phones jack which will receive the same audio signal from the main out.
The rear panel has a +48V phantom power switch, a power supply jack, USB port, 5-pin Midi In/Out connections, outputs 1-4 and outputs 3-4.
