VI61 is an impressive midi keyboard and controller from Alesis. It comes with assignable pads, knobs, and buttons, as well as pitch and modulation wheels. The 61 keys are semi-weighted, velocity-sensitive, with aftertouch, in waterfall style, so it gives you a great experience when playing.
The midi controller is a plug-and-play product, so all you need is to connect it to your computer via USB cable, and open your preferred DAW. You can also use the 5-pin MIDI Out connection to control external synths and modules.
VI61 has 16 velocity-sensitive pads with RGB colors that are perfect for triggering sounds and programming/performing beats.
There are buttons for octave up/down, tempo, and also transport controls. VI61 has 16 knobs, with groups of 3 buttons below each knob, so it’s possible to set several midi mappings, depending on your needs.
